Nadia takes great satisfaction in streamlining processes to make her colleagues\u2019 work lives easier. In South Africa, our associate with 24 years of working experience set up a successful construction company. Later, she worked as an accountant in the hospitality industry and for financial advisors. When her partner moved to the Netherlands for work, Nadia and her son decided to join. \"At first I was a bit tense about working in accounting again, because the Dutch accounting system is totally different,\" she says modestly. \"But when they were hiring at Holthaus, I took the plunge.
